Can a reputation be sold this cheaply?

$NATRO was sold on a name. The pitch was never really the token — it was the family behind it, and the trust a known surname is supposed to carry. Within 48 hours the price fell 98%, refunds were refused, and the evidence began to disappear.

What remains is a question worth putting on the record: in an age when a reputation can be borrowed to raise money and discarded the moment the money is raised, how little is a name actually worth?
